Yes! The material can actually be applied for the rest of your life! The information on nutrition and stress, nutrition and mental health, nutrition and weight management, nutrition 101, cooking hacks, cooking basics…these are things that I guarantee you’ll be doing for the rest of your life! I’ve taught this information to my PARENTS…they’re grandparents!!!!! And they practice my food model!

Totally get it…mom life is busy! The information is delivered in bite size chunks. Videos range from 2minutes – 25 minutes. The recorded workshops are over an hour but are all timestamped for easy navigation. The information is offered via PDFs for easy reading, recorded powerpoint, and videos of me demonstrating and talking..so you get a mixture of both! No, the meal plans are not customized to each person’s “likings” or each persons individual nutritional needs, but the meal plans are planned out to be BALANCED and to contain important nutrients for the postpartum mother. You can pick and choose which meals you’d like or customize them. If you’re vegan/vegetarian, you can customize them!
