I help moms nourish themselves, while they nourish their babies.

I’m a registered dietitian, international board certified lactation consultant, postpartum doula, military spouse and mom.

I’m passionate about helping moms regain their energy and feel like themselves in the postpartum period!

I know what it’s like trying to eat right and cook healthy meals with a newborn/toddler. With my husband working long hours, gone on deployments and temporary work assignments, I’ve had to learn how to cook quick nourishing meals to give me energy to not only take care of my baby, but myself!
