Meet your Instructor
Hi! I’m Allegra Gast – a registered dietitian, international board certified lactation consultant, postpartum doula, military spouse and mom of 2.
My daughter was 18months when I got pregnant with my second baby. I nursed her throughout my entire pregnancy and I have continued to tandem feed both babies. She is currently 3 yo and my baby is 7months.
I’m here to give you professional, evidenced based information, as well as my personal story
